Document that NodePaths sent with RPCs are relative to root node of the MultiPlayerAPI #43926

I mean, it's written in the docs, even in the bit you modified:
https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/classes/class_multiplayerapi.html#class-multiplayerapi-method-set-root-node

Sets the base root node to use for RPCs. Instead of an absolute path, a relative path will be used to find the node upon which the RPC should be executed.
